Park Bo-gum’s Kindness Has No End: “I’ll Protect You” During Underwater Scene
On the 10th episode of ENA’s variety show “Choi Hwa-jung and Kim Ho-young’s I Missed You”, airing on May 11, actors Heo Sung-tae and Lee Sang-yi appear as guests to showcase their bromantic chemistry.
Having first met while filming the movie “Hitman: Agent Jun”, Heo Sung-tae and Lee Sang-yi reunite for the upcoming drama “Good Boy”. As they enthusiastically share behind-the-scenes stories, they also reveal touching anecdotes about their co-star Park Bo-gum, sparking curiosity.
Lee Sang-yi recalls a tense underwater scene, “Bo-gum reassured me, saying, ‘Hyung, it’s okay. I’ll protect you.’” He adds, “After we finished filming and went to shower, I came out first, but Bo-gum didn’t follow. I went back and saw him cleaning up all the leftover foam in the shower room.” He goes on to say “He even clears the dishes after meals. His manners are just ingrained. Beautiful people leave beautiful traces”, praising Park Bo-gum’s genuine character.
Not to be outdone, Heo Sung-tae shares his own story, “During filming, I said Bo-gum’s jacket looked nice, just in passing. But he remembered—and later gifted it to me.” Lee Sang-yi then surprises everyone by saying, “Hyung, you got one too? I received the same jacket!”
